The brand assortment of the KäseStrasse Bregenzerwald is one of the culinary treasures of the region
and offers 22 different cheeses made from 100% silage-free cow’s milk.
In the Bregenzerwald, about 40 different cheeses are produced by
traditional dairies in summer and about thrity types of cheese are produced in the winter.
Some special rarities are exclusively available in our region.
